Draga Barbir, B.Sc. B.Arch MCIP RPP
Educated in architecture and urban planning, Draga Barbir has over 20 years of domestic and international consulting experience in the pubic and private sectors. Prior to founding Barbir & Associates in 2009, she was an adjudicator for the Ontario Municipal Board. In this role she conducted hearings for applications and appeals on municipal and planning matters regarding zoning by-laws, subdivision plans, official plans, in accordance with the Planning Act and other applicable laws in Ontario, providing her with a thorough understanding of what it takes to make a planning endeavour a success.
At Barbir & Associates, she facilitates property development approvals with a deep commitment to her clients, always with an eye to making complex planning matters understandable and finding workable solutions.
